Northwind Coffee started in 2012 with a 5 kilo roaster in a garage in Utrecht. Today we roast about two tonnes a month, but we still taste every batch before it leaves the roastery.
We buy our coffee from importers who pay farmers well above the market price, and we visit the farms we work with whenever we can.
