A single origin coffee comes from one country, one region and often one farm or washing station. That makes it easy to taste the difference that altitude, variety and processing make.
Our current single origins
Right now we roast four single origins: a floral Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, a sweet and round Colombia Huila, a juicy Kenya AA and a nutty Brazil Cerrado. Each one is roasted light enough to keep its character, but never so light that it tastes sour.
How to choose
Do you like fruit and flowers? Go for Ethiopia or Kenya. Do you prefer chocolate, caramel and nuts? Brazil and Colombia are for you. All of them work beautifully as a filter coffee; Brazil also makes a lovely espresso.
